Refund policy

Returns

Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt. It is unusual that any of our customers are dissatisfied with the products we supply. However, If you are unhappy in any way with your goods please telephone us on+61 2 6543 9000 or email us at au-shop@godolphin.com.

Please include your full name and address and any reference numbers, e.g., Web Order Number /invoice number.

You can, subject to clauses 11 through to and including clause 14 of our Terms and Conditions, return items in their original un-used condition to us within 14 days for a refund or an exchange.

You will be responsible to pay for the postage cost of your returned item/s when the return is for an incorrect order/size swap.

We would suggest that you use a tracked and signed for service as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that do not reach us. Refunds on goods will only be made when the goods have been received back.

For faulty goods we will either refund you in full or replace the item and refund your return postage costs.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
